This past weekend Jerri and I took advantage of the fine weather on several occasions. One of those occasions was when we finally got around to painting the exterior of the studio. If you have driven past recently you may have noticed the “tester” colors on the bottom of the northernmost wall. Well, the testers didn’t do us much good. We decided one color was too bright, and the other was too gray, so we got something that on a very small paint chip in the store looked to be between the two colors. You can see how it looks now. We have decided to embrace it, and act like we like it. Mind over reality. Seriously, it is so bright that it will help alert passers by to the fact there is a business there, right?
One of the other occasions when we took advantage of the lovely weather, we decided to take one of our old cars out for a drive, but how did we decide which one? Which ever one we could get to crank first. Notice the look of gloating on Jerri’s face. No need to explain any more.
This looks fantastic!! I love the new color, and it seems like it matches the sign perfectly.
I think the color of the building is great.
Kinda got a pale blue thing going there (building, sign, car), which is cool.
I love it! No mind over reality self-deception necessary.
