Aspherically corrected. You bastard. I don’t know why I feel weird looking at a wide angle picture in a square frame; its like, that much building shouldn’t be in that small a space.

So, 0007…is that building like a super-secret agent?

    I didn’t even notice the file number, but I like it . . .

Is there a filter or something? The top portion of the building looks blue and the rest isn’t.

But I like the photo. I really like this series of yours.

No filter. I have two possible explanations: first, there is a band of light coming accross the standard life building from the opening in the clouds you see in the upper right, this band of light has more yellow in it than the other light, so by comparison the rest of the building looks more blue. Second, it could also be atmospheric fall off, meaning it is far enough away from the lens that there is some haze causing the darker or blue tint to the most distant parts of the image. Most likely it is some combination of the two.

you know, that capitol street photo is actually a picture of my office (on the right)!

Heh. I never thought of that…and I have that photo framed on my desk! Ha.

I never think about what people do with my photos after they purchase them, I guess I always assume they are put on a wall. It surprised me to hear that it is on you desk . . . not that there is any varying degree of value of wall versus desk.

I only have two photos on my desk. The one of Polly’s office and an autographed picture of Strong Bad.
